These terms govern your use of girmairi.com, operated by Girmairi LLC, a United States company. By using the site you accept them. Client engagements are governed by separately signed agreements, not by this page.
1. What this site is
girmairi.com describes Girmairi's dedicated engineering team services, publishes indicative rates, and lets you contact us. Content is provided for information; it is not a binding offer.
2. Engagements are contracted separately
Any actual engagement — seats, rates, timelines, guarantees — is governed exclusively by a written agreement signed by both parties (including our NDA and IP assignment terms). Published "from" rates are indicative entry points; final rates are confirmed in writing before you commit.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at abusive volumes, submit unlawful content through our forms, or impersonate others.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and branding belong to Girmairi LLC. The book Elevate is provided for your personal use and may not be resold. In client engagements, work product IP is assigned to the client under the signed agreement — that assignment lives in the contract, not here.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and current, but we don't warrant that every detail is error-free or that the site is always available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girmairi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability in client engagements is addressed in the signed agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Girmairi LLC's registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
