Solutions/Saudi & the Gulf
Engineering capacity for Vision 2030 builders
You are building under Vision 2030, and the roadmap will not wait for hiring. We run dedicated engineering teams from Dhaka — two hours ahead of Riyadh, so your working day and theirs overlap in full. Saudi talent leads; we fill this year's empty seats. One US contract, one flat monthly rate.

Why Gulf teams work with us.
The model is simple. Your Saudi engineers lead. Our Dhaka teams fill the seats you cannot fill this year, and mentor the local junior engineers who will take those seats later. Offshore capacity done this way is a complement to Saudization, not a competitor. We work PDPL-aware: data handling is scoped in the contract, and Saudi data residency is respected in architecture decisions. And one hour a month with our founder — a working CTO of a Saudi-backed company — is included for every client company.
The timezone advantage
Dhaka is two hours ahead of Riyadh. Your team is online through your whole working day — real-time collaboration, not overnight handoffs or midnight standups.
A complement to Saudization
Saudi talent leads. Global capacity fills this year's empty seats. A good partner also pairs delivery with mentoring your local junior engineers — so the bench you are building gets stronger, not sidelined.
The talent math
Gulf tech vacancies keep outpacing local supply. Every company building under Vision 2030 hires from the same pool at the same time. Extra capacity has to come from somewhere — the question is how well it plugs in.
The trust layer
One US contract. NDA by default. IP assignment under US law. You deal with a US entity, not a chain of intermediaries.
Cultural adjacency
A Muslim-majority, hard-working engineering culture with deep respect for Gulf partnerships. We plan around your workweek, schedule Ramadan-aware, and offer our site and communication in Arabic where needed.
How Gulf clients typically start.
Most engagements begin small and grow with proof. Four common shapes:
| Engagement | Shape | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Single seat | One vetted engineer joining your existing team and standups | Fastest start — one interview loop |
| 2–4 seat pod | A small dedicated pod with a lead, owning a slice of your roadmap end to end | Builds out over the first month |
| QA / DevOps augmentation | Test automation or infrastructure seats beside your product team | Scoped to a defined backlog first |
| Fractional founding engineer | For founders: a Lead or Staff engineer at exactly 20 hours a week — see Solutions / For founders | Starts part-time; converts to full-time |
The practical details.
| Question | Answer | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Timezone | Dhaka is 2 hours ahead of Riyadh | Full working-day overlap; standups land in your morning |
| Workweek | Planned around your Sunday–Thursday week | We bridge the Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri gap in the schedule, not in your inbox |
| Language | English-first delivery | Arabic-language site and communication where needed |
| Payment | USD, monthly, to a US entity | One contract; no local payroll or sponsorship on your side |
Five stages before you meet anyone.
Every seat passes the same pipeline before a candidate reaches you. You interview last and make the final call. If we got it wrong, the replacement is on us.
- 1Technical depth interview
- 2Live coding exercise
- 3Review of real work they shipped
- 4English & communication screen
- 5Your final interview
Standard rates. Nothing regional.
Gulf clients pay the same published rates as everyone else — flat monthly, per seat, stated plainly. The full rate card is public.

Frequently asked questions
The simplest route is a dedicated-team partner rather than scattered freelancers: Girmairi provides full-time engineers who work from its managed office in Dhaka but join your team, your standups, and your tools. You sign one contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay a flat monthly rate in USD — no local payroll or sponsorship on your side. Candidates are vetted first; you interview last and make the final call, and the full rate card is published at /pricing.
Not when it is structured as a complement rather than a substitute. In Girmairi's model, Saudi engineers lead while offshore capacity fills the seats you cannot fill this year, and offshore seniors can mentor the local junior engineers who will take those seats later. Done this way, the local bench you are building under Saudization gets stronger, not sidelined.
Dhaka is only two hours ahead of Riyadh, so a team there overlaps with the entire Saudi working day. Collaboration happens in real time — standups land in your morning, with no overnight handoffs and no midnight meetings.
A good partner plans around it rather than making it your problem. Girmairi schedules its teams around your Sunday–Thursday week and bridges the gap with the Monday–Friday convention in the delivery schedule, not in your inbox. Ramadan-aware scheduling is part of the same planning.
Yes — when data handling is scoped explicitly. Girmairi works PDPL-aware: what the offshore team can access, where data lives, and how Saudi data residency is respected are defined in the contract and in architecture decisions, with NDA and IP assignment signed before any work begins. We make no certification claims; the engagement is scoped so your own PDPL obligations stay intact.
You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay one flat monthly invoice in USD, billed in advance — like any US vendor. NDA and IP assignment under US law are signed before work begins, and every seat carries a replacement guarantee: if an engineer is not the right fit, the replacement is on us. The engineers themselves are full-time employees working from Girmairi's managed office in Dhaka.
Girmairi's founder is currently the CTO of a Saudi-backed company, so the engagement comes with real Gulf operating experience — and every client company gets one hour per month with him, included. The site is available in Arabic and Arabic-language communication is offered where needed, while delivery itself is English-first.
We published a deep-dive on why Vision 2030 programs keep outrunning local engineering supply, and how to add offshore capacity ethically: see /blog/vision-2030-missing-engineers-ethical-offshore-teams-saudi-companies. For costs, the full rate card is public at /pricing — Gulf clients pay the same published flat monthly rates as everyone else.
