Teams/Full-stack

Full-stack engineers

One engineer for the whole feature — the UI, the API, and the database under it. Dedicated full-stack engineers working from our Dhaka office, on your stack and your hours — on one US contract, at flat monthly rates.

Why full-stack

The hire that removes the handoff.

Most features stall in the gap between teams — frontend waiting on an endpoint, backend waiting on a spec. A good full-stack engineer closes that gap: one person owns the slice from click to commit. We vet for real depth on both sides, not a strong half and a weak half.

01

End-to-end ownership

One engineer takes a feature from database to browser. No handoff, no waiting on another team to unblock a ticket.

02

API contracts

The seam between UI and server, designed on purpose — typed, versioned, and documented so both sides can move without breaking each other.

03

Data layer

Schemas, queries, and migrations that hold up as the product grows. We test SQL depth directly, not by proxy.

04

UI delivery

Interfaces that actually ship — responsive, accessible, and built with the component patterns your designers expect.

05

Deployment

CI pipelines, environments, and releases. An engineer who can't ship their own work isn't full-stack yet.

Combinations

The full-stack combinations we staff.

Tell us what you run — we match from our pipeline. These are the frontend-plus-backend pairings we most commonly place.

CombinationWhat we use it forWhere it shows up
Next.js + Node.jsOne TypeScript codebase from UI to APISaaS products, startup builds
React + DjangoPython services behind a React frontendData-heavy products, internal tools
Vue + LaravelFast to build, easy to maintainCommerce and content products
T3-style TypeScriptNext.js, tRPC, Prisma — types end to endTeams that want one language everywhere
React Native + webShared code across app and browserProducts that need mobile and web together
PostgreSQL / RedisThe data layer under all of the aboveEverywhere
Signals

Credentials & signals.

No single certification proves full-stack skill — and certifications aren't how we vet anyway; our pipeline is. These are the honest signals we look for. Behind them sits an engineering-school pipeline — BUET, University of Dhaka, NSU and others — and a deep competitive-programming culture.

Vetting

How we vet a full-stack engineer.

Five stages before you meet anyone — and you still interview last and make the final call. Nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

  1. 1Product-slice exercise — one small feature, end to end
  2. 2API design conversation
  3. 3SQL and data-modeling depth
  4. 4Code review of real work
  5. 5English & communication screen

Yes — every Girmairi engineer is a full-time employee working from our managed office in Dhaka, not a freelancer. You get a dedicated full-stack engineer on your stack, your hours, and your Slack, with HR and day-to-day management handled by us.

The pairings we most commonly staff are Next.js + Node.js, React + Django, Vue + Laravel, end-to-end TypeScript (Next.js, tRPC, Prisma), and React Native with a shared web codebase — usually on PostgreSQL or Redis underneath. Tell us what you run and we match from our pipeline.

Girmairi runs five stages before you meet anyone: an end-to-end product-slice exercise, an API design conversation, SQL and data-modeling depth, a code review of real work, and an English and communication screen. You interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

You do. You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and NDAs and IP assignment are signed before any work begins. Everything your engineer ships is your intellectual property.

Tell us, and we replace them from our pipeline — the replacement guarantee is included with every seat. A bad fit is our cost, not yours.

Not necessarily. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included at no extra cost, for technical direction and architecture decisions. Day-to-day direction stays with you: your engineer works your hours in your tools.

Yes — 5–10% off for three or more seats or a 12-month commitment. And if you're a solo founder who doesn't need a full seat yet, there's a dedicated offer at /solutions/solo-founders.

Full-stack seats are on the standard rate card.

Same flat monthly rate, same includes — office, equipment, HR, management, replacement guarantee.
