DevOps engineers
Pipelines, clusters, and the infrastructure your product runs on. Dedicated DevOps engineers working from our Dhaka office, on your stack and your hours — on one US contract, at flat monthly rates.

The hire that decides how fast you ship.
When deploys are manual and fragile, every release is a risk and your engineers ship less. Good DevOps makes shipping boring: push, test, deploy, done. That’s why we vet on real pipelines and live incidents, not certificate lists.
CI/CD design
Pipelines that build, test, and ship on every push — so releases are routine, not events your team dreads.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform-managed environments you can review, reproduce, and roll back. No hand-built servers nobody understands.
Containers & orchestration
Docker images and Kubernetes clusters that scale with load and recover on their own when a node dies.
Environments & secrets
Clean separation between dev, staging, and prod — with secrets stored properly, never pasted into config files.
Cost awareness
Cloud bills grow quietly. A good DevOps engineer watches usage, rightsizes resources, and flags waste before finance does.
The tooling we staff.
Tell us what you run — we match from our pipeline. These are the DevOps tools and platforms we most commonly place.
| Tooling | What we use it for | Where it shows up |
|---|---|---|
| Docker / Kubernetes | Containerized workloads and orchestration | Any product running in the cloud |
| Terraform | Infrastructure as code across providers | Teams that need reproducible environments |
| GitHub Actions / GitLab CI | Build, test, and deploy pipelines | Everywhere code ships |
| AWS / Azure | Core cloud platforms we build on | Startups through enterprise estates |
| Prometheus / Grafana | Metrics, dashboards, and alerting | Teams that want problems visible early |
| Linux administration | The layer under everything else | Servers, containers, debugging sessions |
What you'll see on Bangladeshi DevOps CVs.
Certifications aren't how we vet — our pipeline is. But they show what the market here trains for. Behind them sits an engineering-school pipeline — BUET, University of Dhaka, NSU and others — and a competitive-programming culture that produces engineers who debug under pressure.
| Certification | Issuer | What it signals |
|---|---|---|
| CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator | CNCF | Running production clusters |
| CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer | CNCF | Deploying apps on Kubernetes |
| HashiCorp Terraform Associate | HashiCorp | Infrastructure-as-code fundamentals |
| AWS DevOps Engineer — Professional | Amazon | Advanced delivery and operations on AWS |
| AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert | Microsoft | DevOps practice on the Azure stack |
| LFCS: Linux Foundation Certified SysAdmin | Linux Foundation | Deep Linux operations knowledge |
How we vet a DevOps engineer.

- 1Pipeline design conversation
- 2Live debugging of a broken deploy
- 3Infrastructure-as-code review
- 4Incident walkthrough from real experience
- 5English & communication screen

Frequently asked questions
Girmairi's dedicated DevOps seats are flat monthly rates: mid-level from $2,800 per month, senior $4,000, and lead $4,800, with junior seats available on request. The rate includes office, equipment, HR, management, and a replacement guarantee, billed monthly in advance in USD. The full rate card is at girmairi.com/pricing#infrastructure.
A dedicated DevOps team is one or more full-time engineers who work only on your infrastructure — your pipelines, your cloud, your hours — instead of splitting attention across agency projects. At Girmairi, these engineers work from our managed Dhaka office on our seats and equipment, while you contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay one monthly USD invoice.
Yes, when access is handled properly. Access to client cloud accounts is scoped and credentialed — engineers get the permissions the work requires, under your control. NDAs and IP assignment are signed with the US entity before any work begins, so everything built in your accounts is yours.
Girmairi vets DevOps engineers on real work, not certificate lists: a pipeline design conversation, live debugging of a broken deploy, an infrastructure-as-code review, an incident walkthrough from real experience, and an English screen. You interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your team without your sign-off.
Every seat carries a replacement guarantee. If an engineer isn't the right fit, tell us and we replace them from our pipeline — a bad fit is our cost, not yours.
Yes. Dedicated engineers work your hours, your Slack, and your standups, which matters for DevOps because deploys and incidents can't wait for an overnight handoff. Bangladesh overlaps well with both Gulf and US-morning schedules.
Yes. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included, on top of the engineer's day-to-day work. It's a standing slot to review infrastructure decisions, priorities, or anything else on your roadmap.
Yes — 5–10% off for 3 or more seats or a 12-month commitment. Rates stay flat monthly per seat either way, billed monthly in advance in USD on one contract with the US company.
DevOps seats are on the standard rate card.
Same flat monthly rate, same includes — office, equipment, HR, management, replacement guarantee.
