Your first engineering pod
A pod of 2–4 vetted engineers from our managed Dhaka office — full-stack, backend, QA, mixed to fit your product — instead of six months of recruiting. One US contract, flat monthly rates, 5–10% off for three or more seats. Plus one hour a month with our founder, a working CTO, included for every client company.

You have a product to build — not a recruiting pipeline to run.
Your team is a handful of people, and your first real product is on the line. Hiring one engineer can take months; building a team can take half a year. A pod flips that: we present vetted candidates in days, the pod sits together in our managed Dhaka office, and you sign one US contract. Every seat is interviewed by you and hired only on your call.
First product architecture
Your pod's senior engineer sets the architecture from day one — stack, data model, deploys — so the first version doesn't need a rewrite.
A pod, not a crowd
2–4 seats, mixed roles: full-stack for the product, backend for the data, QA for the releases. Small enough to move fast, complete enough to ship.
Speed without recruiting
Vetted candidates in days, a working pod in weeks. You skip sourcing, screening, and salary negotiations entirely.
Founder-friendly budgeting
Flat monthly rates per seat, published on our pricing page. Three or more seats take 5–10% off — no negotiation needed.
Grows with you
Add seats as you raise or grow. Same office, same contract — the pod scales without a new hiring round.
A typical first pod.
Every pod is shaped around your product. This is a common starting shape for a first release — swap roles in or out as your roadmap needs.
| Seat | What they own | Level |
|---|---|---|
| Full-stack engineer | The product surface — UI, flows, and the features users touch | Senior |
| Backend engineer | API and data — the services behind the product | Mid or Senior |
| QA automation engineer | Release safety — tests that let you ship without fear | Mid |
| DevOps (optional) | Deploys, environments, monitoring — often a fractional add-on | As needed |
What every seat includes.
One flat monthly rate per seat. The pod sits together in our managed Dhaka office — you get the team, we run everything around it.
| Included | What it means | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Managed Dhaka office | Your pod works together from our office — same room, same hours | A team, not scattered freelancers |
| Equipment and workspace | Hardware, desks, backup power and internet — provided by us | Nothing for you to buy or ship |
| HR and payroll | We employ the engineers locally and handle pay, leave, and compliance | You sign one US contract, not four |
| Performance management | Regular reviews and feedback loops, run by us with your input | Problems surface early, not at the deadline |
| Replacement guarantee | If a seat isn't working out, we replace it | Your pod stays whole |
| Monthly founder hour | One hour a month with our founder — a working CTO of a Saudi-backed company — included for every client company | Senior technical review, included |
Five stages before anyone joins your pod.
Every engineer in your pod passes the same pipeline — no shortcuts for speed. You interview last and make the final call on every seat.

Frequently asked questions
The fastest route is a small dedicated pod rather than hiring one engineer at a time. Girmairi assembles a first pod of 2–4 full-time engineers with mixed roles — full-stack, backend, QA — who work together from its managed office in Dhaka. You sign one contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, instead of recruiting and employing each engineer yourself.
Girmairi's core rates start at $2,600 per month for a mid-level engineer and $3,800 per month for a senior engineer, published on the pricing page. Three or more seats, or a 12-month commitment, takes 5–10% off. Billing is monthly in advance, in USD, on one US contract.
For an early-stage startup the trade-off is mostly speed and overhead. Hiring in-house means running sourcing, screening, and salary negotiations for every role; a dedicated pod skips that while you still interview every candidate last and make the final hiring call. You also avoid becoming the direct employer — the engineers are full-time staff in a managed office, employed locally on your behalf.
A typical first pod is 2–4 seats with mixed roles: a full-stack engineer for the product surface, a backend engineer for APIs and data, and a QA automation engineer for release safety. DevOps is often added as an optional seat for deploys and monitoring. The mix is shaped around your product and can change as your roadmap does.
Yes. Every engineer passes a technical vetting pipeline first, then you interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your pod without your sign-off. If a seat later isn't working out, the replacement guarantee means the engineer is replaced.
Every Girmairi client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included in the service. Day to day, the senior engineer in your pod owns architecture decisions like stack, data model, and deployments. Together that covers early technical direction without hiring a full-time CTO.
The startup does. With Girmairi, the NDA and IP assignment are signed before any work begins, and your contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company — so the code your pod writes belongs to you.
