From first call to a working team.
No mystery, no process theater. Here is exactly what happens between the day you reach out and the day your team is shipping — and what keeps it working every month after.
The engagement flow

First call
You tell us the roles, the stack, and how many seats. We tell you plainly whether we can staff it well — and decline if we can't.
Candidates presented
Vetted candidates from our pipeline, typically within days. Profiles, work samples, and our honest read on each.
You interview and pick
You interview last and make the final call. For founder seats, we add a pairing session. Nobody joins without your sign-off.
Paperwork, once
One contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company. NDA and IP assignment signed before any work begins.
Your team starts
From our office, in your Slack, on your hours — typically weeks, not quarters, from the first call. Exact dates agreed before you sign.
How we vet — the pattern
Every engineer passes a multi-stage pipeline before you ever see a profile. We publish the pattern, not the test content — the tests only work if candidates can't rehearse them.
- 1Technical depth interview — architecture and judgment, not trivia
- 2Live build exercise — real code, real time, their own hands
- 3English & communication screen — writing and speaking
- 4Reference and background pass
- 5Your interview — always last, always your call
The office
Every engineer works from our managed office in Dhaka — a controlled delivery environment, not a laptop in a living room. That's not a vibe statement; it's infrastructure:

Owned seats & equipment
Company workstations to our standard, at desks we own, in a space we control.
Power that doesn't blink
Grid power backed by generator and UPS — a Dhaka reality we engineered around rather than hoped about.
Dual internet, auto-failover
Two ISPs, so a provider outage is a non-event in your standup.
Security baseline
Badge-only access, managed devices, and a monitored environment on the compliance tier.
The management layer
You get engineers plus the machinery that keeps them effective: a named delivery manager who runs standup notes and escalation, performance reviews we handle, and a monthly report in plain words — what shipped, attendance, risks, and next month's plan.

The replacement guarantee, plainly
If an engineer isn't the right fit, tell us — no forms, no fault-finding. We present replacement candidates from our pipeline, you pick, and the handover is our job. Your rate doesn't change. A bad fit is our cost, not yours; that's what keeps our vetting honest.
Payment
Flat monthly rates per seat, billed monthly in advance in USD, on one US contract — like any US vendor. Structural discounts only: 5–10% for 3+ seats or 12-month commitments. No cost-plus, no hourly meters, no surprises on the invoice.
