Certifications aren't how we vet — our pipeline is. Mobile also has fewer formal certifications than cloud, so we weigh honest signals: shipped apps, open-source work, release scars. Behind them sits an engineering-school pipeline — BUET, University of Dhaka, NSU and others — and a home market that runs on budget Android, which teaches performance discipline early.
