Why mobile

The hire your users hold in their hand.

A mobile bug isn’t patched in minutes — it waits in store review while your ratings take the hit. That’s why we vet mobile engineers on release discipline and platform judgment, not just whether they can build a screen.

01

Native vs cross-platform

Flutter, React Native, or full native? The wrong call costs you a rewrite. We vet for the judgment to pick — and defend — the right one.

02

Offline & sync

Phones lose signal. Good apps keep working, then reconcile cleanly when the connection returns — no lost edits, no duplicate records.

03

Low-end performance

Most of the world isn't on a flagship phone. Apps have to stay smooth on cheap hardware and small memory budgets.

04

Store releases

You can't hotfix a mobile app like a web page. Releases go through store review, so shipping needs discipline: staged rollouts, feature flags, a rollback plan.

05

Crash monitoring

Crash reports should reach your team before one-star reviews do. Monitoring and symbolicated stack traces are part of the job, not an add-on.

Stacks

The stacks we staff.

Tell us what you run — we match from our pipeline. These are the mobile stacks we most commonly place.

StackWhat we use it forWhere it shows up
FlutterOne codebase for both storesStartups shipping fast on iOS and Android
React NativeCross-platform with a React teamCompanies that already run React on web
Swift / SwiftUINative iOS appsProducts where iOS polish is the product
Kotlin / Jetpack ComposeNative Android appsAndroid-first markets, deep device features
Push & notificationsFCM, APNs, deep linksEngagement, re-engagement, transactional alerts
Mobile CI — Fastlane / EASSigning, builds, store deliveryEvery release, on both stores
Credentials & signals

What we look for on Bangladeshi mobile CVs.

Certifications aren't how we vet — our pipeline is. Mobile also has fewer formal certifications than cloud, so we weigh honest signals: shipped apps, open-source work, release scars. Behind them sits an engineering-school pipeline — BUET, University of Dhaka, NSU and others — and a home market that runs on budget Android, which teaches performance discipline early.

Vetting

How we vet a mobile engineer.

Five stages before you meet anyone — and you still interview last and make the final call. Nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

  1. 1App architecture conversation
  2. 2Live UI-building exercise
  3. 3Platform depth — lifecycle & memory
  4. 4Code review of real work
  5. 5English & communication screen

Frequently asked questions

With Girmairi, mobile seats are flat monthly rates: junior engineers from $1,800 per month, mid-level $2,600, senior $3,800, lead $4,600, and staff $5,400. The rate includes the office, equipment, HR, and day-to-day management in Girmairi's managed Dhaka office, with 5–10% off for 3+ seats or a 12-month commitment. The full rate card is at girmairi.com/pricing#mobile.

Girmairi provides dedicated Flutter, React Native, Swift, and Kotlin engineers who work full-time from its managed office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay one monthly invoice in USD — the engineer works your hours, in your tools, as part of your team.

Flutter suits teams shipping one codebase to both stores fast; React Native fits companies that already run React on the web; native Swift or Kotlin makes sense when platform polish or deep device features are the product itself. The wrong call can cost a rewrite, so we vet mobile engineers on the judgment to choose and defend the right architecture — not just build screens.

Girmairi's mobile engineers are full-time employees working from the company's managed office in Dhaka — not scattered freelancers or gig workers. They work your timezone and join your standups, and if an engineer isn't the right fit, the replacement guarantee covers it.

Yes. Girmairi vets each mobile engineer first — app architecture, live UI building, platform depth, code review of real work, and English — and then you interview last and make the final call. Nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

Mobile releases go through store review, so you can't hotfix them like a web page. We staff engineers who have shipped through review on both stores and run releases with discipline — staged rollouts, feature flags, crash monitoring, and a rollback plan.

You do — 100%. Your contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and NDAs and IP assignment are signed before any work begins. Everything the team ships — app code, store listings, and signing credentials — belongs to your company.

Every seat includes the office, equipment, HR, and day-to-day management in Girmairi's Dhaka office, plus the replacement guarantee. Each client company also gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — for architecture and roadmap questions. Billing is one monthly invoice in USD, paid in advance.

Mobile seats are on the standard rate card.

Same flat monthly rate, same includes — office, equipment, HR, management, replacement guarantee.
