Offshore capacity from a domestic vendor
For US and Canadian companies, Girmairi is a domestic vendor. Girmairi LLC is a US company. The contract, NDA, and IP assignment are under US law. The invoice is a normal US vendor invoice in USD. The engineers work full-time from our Dhaka office — and the usual offshore contracting risk is simply not part of the arrangement.

Domestic paperwork. Offshore capacity.
Offshore contracting usually means a foreign entity, paperwork you can't enforce, and wire transfers to parties you don't know. None of that is part of this arrangement. You sign with Girmairi LLC, a US company — and it employs the team in Dhaka. Our founder spent a decade building inside US regulated systems — Anthem, PNC, BNY — and one hour a month with him, a working CTO, is included for every client company.
A US contract, really
You sign with Girmairi LLC, a US company. The NDA and IP assignment are under US law, signed before work begins. The invoice is a normal US vendor invoice in USD.
The follow-the-sun rhythm
Dhaka is roughly 10–11 hours ahead of US Eastern. Your morning is their evening — that's where standups and handoffs happen. Work progresses while you sleep, and PRs are ready when you wake.
Vetted full-time engineers
Not a marketplace. Every engineer is a full-time Girmairi employee, vetted through five stages before you ever meet them.
Managed like a US team
Slack, standups at the overlap hours, a named delivery manager, and monthly reporting in plain words.
Pricing your CFO can plan
One flat monthly rate per seat. No hourly meters, no surprise line items. It goes in the budget like any other vendor.
The paperwork, compared.
The difference is not the code. It is what you sign, who you pay, and who answers when something slips.
| Item | Typical offshore | With Girmairi |
|---|---|---|
| Contracting entity | A foreign company | Girmairi LLC, a US company |
| NDA & IP assignment | Foreign law, hard to enforce | US law, signed before work begins |
| Payment | International wire transfers | A normal USD vendor invoice |
| Accountability | Email chains | A named delivery manager and a monthly report |
How the day works.
Dhaka is roughly 10–11 hours ahead of US Eastern. We do not claim a full shared workday. We build the day around one honest overlap — and use the rest.
| Your time (ET) | Their time (Dhaka) | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 8–10 am | Evening | Standup and handoff — questions answered live, the night's work scoped |
| Your workday | Their night | Async: PRs queued, notes written, blockers flagged for the next overlap |
| Your evening | Their morning | Focused build time on what you handed off |
| Monthly | Scheduled together | One review hour with our founder, a working CTO |
Full-time engineers, vetted before you meet them.
Every seat is a full-time Girmairi employee, not a contractor from a marketplace. Five stages before you meet anyone — and you still interview last and make the final call.

Frequently asked questions
The usual risk in offshore development is contractual: you sign with a foreign entity under foreign law, which is hard to enforce. With Girmairi that risk is not part of the arrangement — Girmairi LLC is a US company, and the contract, NDA, and IP assignment are all under US law. The engineers work full-time from Girmairi's managed office in Dhaka, and paying them is a normal USD vendor invoice.
IP protection depends on who you sign with and under which law. With Girmairi, the NDA and IP assignment are signed with Girmairi LLC, a US company, under US law, before any work begins — so the paperwork is enforceable the same way it would be with any domestic vendor. The work the engineers produce is assigned to you.
Not here. You sign with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and it employs the engineering team in its managed Dhaka office. There is no foreign entity in your paperwork and no international wire transfer — the invoice is a normal US vendor invoice in USD.

Every engineer is a full-time Girmairi employee working from the company's managed office in Dhaka — not a freelancer from a marketplace. If someone isn't a fit, a replacement guarantee applies. You interview every candidate last and make the final call before anyone joins your team.
