01

General

Who you contract with, how pricing works, and how the seats run — the questions every client asks first.

Girmairi LLC, a US company. Your contract, NDA, and IP assignment are with the US entity, and you pay one monthly invoice in USD — like any US vendor. The engineering happens in our Dhaka office.

Dhaka, Bangladesh — in our office. Not scattered freelancers. Our seats, our equipment, our HR, backup power and dual internet.

Strong universities, thousands of capable graduates a year, and a global market that hasn't caught on yet. We get first pick of talent other markets never see.

One flat monthly rate per seat, by role and seniority. Office, equipment, HR, payroll, and management are included. 5–10% off for 3+ seats or 12-month commitments. Billed monthly in advance, USD.

You're hiring an outcome, not renting a salary. Flat rates keep the relationship about the role's value and let us pay our engineers properly without every raise becoming a negotiation with you.

Tell us. We replace them from our pipeline. A bad fit is our cost, not yours.

Yes. Your timezone, your Slack, your standups. Bangladesh overlaps well with both Gulf and US-morning schedules.

Yes. We vet first, then you interview and pick. Nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

Backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, QA, and data/AI roles. Modern stacks — TypeScript, React, Node, Python, Go, cloud infrastructure. Tell us what you run and we'll match it.

You do — 100%. NDAs and IP assignment are signed before any work begins, with encrypted communications and strict access controls.

02

Engineering teams

Backend, frontend, full-stack, and mobile seats — rates, stacks, and how they join your team.

Backend

Girmairi's backend seats are flat monthly rates: junior from $1,800 per month, mid-level $2,600, senior $3,800, lead $4,600, and staff $5,400. That covers a full-time engineer plus office, equipment, HR, and management. The full rate card is at /pricing#backend.

At Girmairi they are full-time engineers working from the company's managed office in Dhaka — never freelancers. Girmairi provides the seats, equipment, and HR, and the engineer works your hours on your stack as a dedicated member of your team.

Yes. Girmairi vets each backend engineer first — a systems design conversation, a live API-building exercise, SQL and data-modeling depth, code review of real work, and an English screen — then you interview last and make the final call. Nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and an NDA and IP assignment are signed before any work begins. Everything the engineer builds belongs to you, and you pay one monthly invoice in USD, billed in advance, like any US vendor.

Every seat comes with a replacement guarantee. If an engineer isn't the right fit, Girmairi replaces them from its vetted pipeline — a bad fit is Girmairi's cost, not yours.

Node.js/TypeScript, Python (Django and FastAPI), Java/Spring Boot, Go, .NET, and PHP/Laravel, alongside PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Tell Girmairi what you run and it matches engineers from its pipeline to your stack.

Yes — 5–10% off for three or more seats or a 12-month commitment. Rates are otherwise flat per seat, billed monthly in advance in USD, and every client company also gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder, a working CTO, included.

Frontend

With Girmairi, a dedicated frontend engineer is a flat monthly seat: junior from $1,800, mid-level $2,600, senior $3,800, lead $4,600, and staff $5,400 per month. The rate includes the office, equipment, HR, and management, and is billed monthly in advance in USD. The full rate card is at /pricing#frontend.

A full-time React or Next.js engineer costs $2,600 per month at mid-level and $3,800 at senior level, with leads at $4,600 and staff engineers at $5,400. These are flat monthly rates for a dedicated, full-time engineer working your hours — not hourly freelance billing.

Girmairi's frontend engineers are full-time employees working from its managed office in Dhaka — no freelancers or scattered contractors. They work exclusively for one client, on that client's timezone, Slack, and standups.

Yes. Girmairi vets each frontend engineer first — including a live component-building exercise and a code review of real work — then the client interviews last and makes the final call. Nobody joins the team without the client's sign-off.

The contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company, so it works like any US vendor relationship: one monthly invoice in USD, billed in advance. An NDA and full IP assignment are signed before any work begins, so the client owns 100% of the code.

Girmairi replaces the engineer from its pipeline under a replacement guarantee. A bad fit is Girmairi's cost, not the client's.

Yes — teams of 3 or more seats, or 12-month commitments, get 5–10% off the flat monthly rate. Every client company also gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder, a working CTO, included at no extra cost.

Full-stack

Girmairi's dedicated full-stack seats run at flat monthly rates: junior from $1,800/month, mid-level $2,600, senior $3,800, lead $4,600, and staff $5,400. Each seat includes office, equipment, HR, management, and a replacement guarantee, billed monthly in advance in USD. The full rate card is at /pricing#full-stack.

Yes — every Girmairi engineer is a full-time employee working from our managed office in Dhaka, not a freelancer. You get a dedicated full-stack engineer on your stack, your hours, and your Slack, with HR and day-to-day management handled by us.

The pairings we most commonly staff are Next.js + Node.js, React + Django, Vue + Laravel, end-to-end TypeScript (Next.js, tRPC, Prisma), and React Native with a shared web codebase — usually on PostgreSQL or Redis underneath. Tell us what you run and we match from our pipeline.

Girmairi runs five stages before you meet anyone: an end-to-end product-slice exercise, an API design conversation, SQL and data-modeling depth, a code review of real work, and an English and communication screen. You interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

You do. You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and NDAs and IP assignment are signed before any work begins. Everything your engineer ships is your intellectual property.

Tell us, and we replace them from our pipeline — the replacement guarantee is included with every seat. A bad fit is our cost, not yours.

Not necessarily. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included at no extra cost, for technical direction and architecture decisions. Day-to-day direction stays with you: your engineer works your hours in your tools.

Yes — 5–10% off for three or more seats or a 12-month commitment. And if you're a solo founder who doesn't need a full seat yet, there's a dedicated offer at /solutions/solo-founders.

Mobile

With Girmairi, mobile seats are flat monthly rates: junior engineers from $1,800 per month, mid-level $2,600, senior $3,800, lead $4,600, and staff $5,400. The rate includes the office, equipment, HR, and day-to-day management in Girmairi's managed Dhaka office, with 5–10% off for 3+ seats or a 12-month commitment. The full rate card is at girmairi.com/pricing#mobile.

Girmairi provides dedicated Flutter, React Native, Swift, and Kotlin engineers who work full-time from its managed office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay one monthly invoice in USD — the engineer works your hours, in your tools, as part of your team.

Flutter suits teams shipping one codebase to both stores fast; React Native fits companies that already run React on the web; native Swift or Kotlin makes sense when platform polish or deep device features are the product itself. The wrong call can cost a rewrite, so we vet mobile engineers on the judgment to choose and defend the right architecture — not just build screens.

Girmairi's mobile engineers are full-time employees working from the company's managed office in Dhaka — not scattered freelancers or gig workers. They work your timezone and join your standups, and if an engineer isn't the right fit, the replacement guarantee covers it.

Yes. Girmairi vets each mobile engineer first — app architecture, live UI building, platform depth, code review of real work, and English — and then you interview last and make the final call. Nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

Mobile releases go through store review, so you can't hotfix them like a web page. We staff engineers who have shipped through review on both stores and run releases with discipline — staged rollouts, feature flags, crash monitoring, and a rollback plan.

You do — 100%. Your contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and NDAs and IP assignment are signed before any work begins. Everything the team ships — app code, store listings, and signing credentials — belongs to your company.

Every seat includes the office, equipment, HR, and day-to-day management in Girmairi's Dhaka office, plus the replacement guarantee. Each client company also gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — for architecture and roadmap questions. Billing is one monthly invoice in USD, paid in advance.

03

Infrastructure & operations

DevOps, SRE, and cloud infrastructure seats — pipelines, reliability, and cloud accounts.

DevOps

Girmairi's dedicated DevOps seats are flat monthly rates: mid-level from $2,800 per month, senior $4,000, and lead $4,800, with junior seats available on request. The rate includes office, equipment, HR, management, and a replacement guarantee, billed monthly in advance in USD. The full rate card is at girmairi.com/pricing#infrastructure.

A dedicated DevOps team is one or more full-time engineers who work only on your infrastructure — your pipelines, your cloud, your hours — instead of splitting attention across agency projects. At Girmairi, these engineers work from our managed Dhaka office on our seats and equipment, while you contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay one monthly USD invoice.

Yes, when access is handled properly. Access to client cloud accounts is scoped and credentialed — engineers get the permissions the work requires, under your control. NDAs and IP assignment are signed with the US entity before any work begins, so everything built in your accounts is yours.

Girmairi vets DevOps engineers on real work, not certificate lists: a pipeline design conversation, live debugging of a broken deploy, an infrastructure-as-code review, an incident walkthrough from real experience, and an English screen. You interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

Every seat carries a replacement guarantee. If an engineer isn't the right fit, tell us and we replace them from our pipeline — a bad fit is our cost, not yours.

Yes. Dedicated engineers work your hours, your Slack, and your standups, which matters for DevOps because deploys and incidents can't wait for an overnight handoff. Bangladesh overlaps well with both Gulf and US-morning schedules.

Yes. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included, on top of the engineer's day-to-day work. It's a standing slot to review infrastructure decisions, priorities, or anything else on your roadmap.

Yes — 5–10% off for 3 or more seats or a 12-month commitment. Rates stay flat monthly per seat either way, billed monthly in advance in USD on one contract with the US company.

SRE

A site reliability engineer keeps production systems available and fast. They set reliability targets (SLOs), build monitoring and observability so problems are caught early, run incident response when something breaks, and write blameless postmortems so the same failure doesn't happen twice. In short, developers ship the product; the SRE makes sure it stays up.

Girmairi's SRE seats are a flat monthly rate: mid-level from $2,800 per month, senior at $4,000, and lead at $4,800, with junior seats available on request. That price includes office, equipment, HR, management, and a replacement guarantee — the full rate card is at girmairi.com/pricing#infrastructure.

Yes. Girmairi's SREs are full-time engineers working from its managed office in Dhaka, Bangladesh — not freelancers — while your contract, NDA, and IP assignment are all with Girmairi LLC, a US company. You get offshore rates with a single US vendor relationship and one monthly USD invoice, billed in advance.

Yes — carrying a pager is part of the job, and real on-call experience is one of the signals SREs are vetted for. On-call coverage and escalation are arranged per engagement, so the schedule fits your timezone, your alerting stack, and how your existing team already handles incidents.

Each SRE passes five stages before you meet anyone: an incident scenario walkthrough, systems design under failure, an observability depth interview, a runbook and postmortem review, and an English and communication screen. You interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

Every seat comes with a replacement guarantee. If an engineer isn't the right fit, you say so and a replacement is sourced from the same vetted pipeline — a bad fit is the vendor's cost, not yours.

Yes. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included at no extra cost, useful for reliability strategy, architecture reviews, or pressure-testing an incident process. Committing to 3+ seats or 12 months also earns 5–10% off.

Cloud & Infra

With Girmairi, a dedicated cloud & infrastructure engineer is a flat monthly seat: mid-level from $2,800, senior $4,000, and lead $4,800 per month, with junior seats available on request. The rate includes the office, equipment, HR, and management, and is billed monthly in advance in USD. The full rate card is at /pricing#infrastructure.

A full-time AWS, Azure, or GCP engineer costs from $2,800 per month at mid-level and $4,000 at senior level, with leads at $4,800. These are flat monthly rates for a dedicated, full-time engineer working your hours — not hourly freelance billing.

Yes. Girmairi staffs engineers who work in Terraform and Pulumi and treat infrastructure as code that is reviewed like software. Every candidate passes a live infrastructure-as-code exercise during vetting, and credentials like HashiCorp Terraform Associate and AWS Solutions Architect are common in the pipeline.

Girmairi's cloud engineers are full-time employees working from its managed office in Dhaka — no freelancers or scattered contractors. Each engineer works exclusively for one client, on that client's timezone, Slack, and standups.

Yes. Girmairi vets each cloud engineer first — an architecture conversation, a live infrastructure-as-code exercise, networking depth, a security review, and an English screen — then the client interviews last and makes the final call. Nobody joins the team without the client's sign-off.

The contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company, so it works like any US vendor relationship: one monthly invoice in USD, billed in advance. An NDA and full IP assignment are signed before any work begins, so the client owns 100% of the infrastructure code and configurations.

04

Quality engineering

Test automation and manual QA — coverage, tools, and how quality seats price.

QA Automation

With Girmairi, a dedicated QA automation engineer is a flat monthly seat: junior from $1,500, mid-level $2,200, senior $3,200, and lead $3,800 per month. The rate includes the office, equipment, HR, and management, and is billed monthly in advance in USD. The full rate card is at /pricing#quality.

A full-time Playwright or Cypress automation engineer costs $2,200 per month at mid-level and $3,200 at senior level, with leads at $3,800. These are flat monthly rates for a dedicated, full-time engineer working your hours and your CI — not hourly freelance billing.

Girmairi's QA automation engineers are full-time employees working from its managed office in Dhaka — no freelancers or scattered contractors. Each engineer works exclusively for one client, on that client's timezone, Slack, and standups.

Yes. Girmairi vets each engineer first — including a live automation exercise and a review of a real test suite they built — then the client interviews last and makes the final call. Nobody joins the team without the client's sign-off.

The contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company, so it works like any US vendor relationship: one monthly invoice in USD, billed in advance. An NDA and full IP assignment are signed before any work begins, so the client owns 100% of the test code.

ISTQB certification is widespread among QA engineers in Bangladesh and common in Girmairi's pipeline, including the Foundation and Advanced Test Automation Engineer levels. Girmairi vets on real Playwright, Cypress, and API suites rather than certificates alone, so certifications are a signal, not the bar.

Manual QA

Girmairi's quality seats run on a flat monthly ladder: junior from $1,500 per month, mid-level $2,200, senior $3,200, and lead $3,800 — billed monthly in advance in USD. Manual QA seats price below their automation equivalents, so ask us for exact numbers. The full rate card is at /pricing#quality.

Yes. Exploratory testing is one of the core skills Girmairi vets for — every candidate runs a live exploratory session on a real app and has their session notes reviewed before you ever meet them. You get a dedicated full-time engineer doing structured exploratory passes on your product, not a crowd-testing service.

Automation only catches what you scripted it to catch; manual QA finds the confusing flows, edge cases, and real-device bugs no script anticipated. Most teams get value fastest from a manual QA engineer who builds test plans and regression discipline, then layer automation on top of stable cases. Manual QA seats also price below automation seats, so they are the cheaper place to start.

ISTQB Foundation Level is common among Bangladeshi QA engineers and common in our pipeline, though we never treat a certificate as a guarantee. Girmairi vets on how candidates design test cases, run exploratory sessions, and write defect reports — the signals that actually predict day-to-day quality.

We vet candidates first; you interview last and make the final call. You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, sign an NDA and IP assignment before any work begins, and are billed monthly in advance in USD. The engineer works full-time from Girmairi's managed Dhaka office as part of your team.

Every seat comes with a replacement guarantee. If a tester isn't the right fit, tell us and we replace them from our pipeline — a bad fit is our cost, not yours. You interview and approve the replacement just like the original hire.

One flat monthly rate covers the full-time engineer plus office, equipment, HR, and management in our Dhaka office, with the replacement guarantee included. Every client company also gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — at no extra cost. Discounts of 5–10% apply for 3+ seats or a 12-month commitment.

05

Data & AI

Data engineering and ML seats — pipelines, warehouses, and AI systems evaluated before they scale.

Data Engineering

With Girmairi, a dedicated mid-level data engineering seat starts at $3,000 per month, a senior seat is $4,200, and a lead seat is $5,000; junior seats are available on request. The flat rate includes office, equipment, HR, and management, and you're billed monthly in advance in USD. The full rate card is at /pricing#data-ai.

Yes. Girmairi places data engineers across the modern data stack — Python, SQL, Airflow and Dagster for orchestration, dbt for tested transformations, Spark for large-scale batch, and warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift. Tell us what you run and we match from our pipeline.

A dedicated team means full-time engineers who work only for you, on your stack and your hours, rather than shared contractors juggling several clients. Girmairi's data engineers work from its managed office in Dhaka — company seats, equipment, and HR — while you direct the day-to-day work like any in-house team.

Every candidate goes through five stages: a pipeline design conversation, a live SQL exercise, a data-modeling deep dive, a failure-handling walkthrough, and an English and communication screen. You interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company. Your NDA and IP assignment are signed with the US entity before any work begins, and you pay one monthly invoice in advance, in USD — the same as working with any US vendor.

Every seat comes with a replacement guarantee. If an engineer isn't the right fit, tell us and we replace them from our pipeline — a bad fit is our cost, not yours.

Yes. Teams that take 3 or more seats, or commit to 12 months, get 5–10% off the flat monthly rates. The same includes apply to every seat — office, equipment, HR, management, and the replacement guarantee.

Yes. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included at no extra cost. It's a standing channel for architecture questions, pipeline reviews, or planning how your data team should grow.

ML Engineering

Girmairi's dedicated ML engineering seats start at $3,000 per month for a mid-level engineer, $4,200 for a senior, and $5,000 for a lead; junior seats are available on request. The rate is flat, billed monthly in advance in USD, and includes office, equipment, HR, management, and a replacement guarantee. The full rate card is on the pricing page under Data & AI.

Yes. Girmairi staffs full-time ML engineers who work on your stack and your hours — integrating LLM APIs, building RAG over your data, fine-tuning models, and serving them in production behind an API. You interview every candidate and make the final call before anyone joins your team.

Girmairi vets evaluation-first: candidates go through a problem-framing conversation, a live evaluation-design exercise, Python and data depth checks, a system review of real work, and an English screen. We look for engineers who build the eval before they scale the model — and you still interview last and make the final decision.

You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company — one contract, one monthly invoice in USD, billed in advance. NDAs and IP assignment are signed before any work begins, so everything the engineer builds is yours.

Girmairi's ML engineers are full-time and work from the company's managed office in Dhaka — not scattered freelancers. Each engineer is dedicated to one client and works your hours on your stack.

Every seat comes with a replacement guarantee. If an engineer isn't working out, tell us and we replace them from our pipeline — a bad fit is Girmairi's cost, not yours.

Yes. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included at no extra cost. That hour is a natural place to pressure-test whether a problem needs a model at all, and how to evaluate one before scaling it.

Yes — 5–10% off for three or more seats, or for a 12-month commitment. Rates otherwise stay flat per seat, by seniority, with the same includes on every seat.

06

Add-ons & management

AI-enabled seats, delivery managers, and monthly reporting — what's included and what's an upgrade.

AI-enabled seats

An AI-enabled seat is a dedicated Girmairi engineer whose seat includes licensed AI tooling that Girmairi buys, configures, and supervises. It is an add-on of +$150/month on any role and any level — the same engineer, the same contract, with managed AI tools layered on top under strict guardrails.

Only on seats where you have switched the add-on on. When you do, the engineer works with licensed AI tooling that runs under Girmairi's managed accounts with guardrails — never under personal accounts — and all tool access is logged.

On an AI-enabled seat, no AI output ships without human code review — always. An engineer reviews the work before it lands, so accountability stays with a person, not a model. The AI tooling is licensed and managed with guardrails rather than used ad hoc.

No. Client code never goes into consumer AI tools — it stays inside licensed tooling managed with guardrails, and access is logged. NDA and IP assignment are also signed with Girmairi LLC, a US company, before any work begins.

The add-on is a flat +$150/month on top of any seat, at any role and level, billed monthly in advance in USD like the rest of your invoice. On fractional founding engineer seats it is included free.

Yes — you can opt out anytime, for any seat. The AI-enabled add-on is an upgrade on the seat, not a lock-in: the engineer, the flat monthly rate underneath, and your contract with Girmairi LLC stay exactly the same.

Girmairi does. The tooling is licensed and managed with guardrails: client code never enters consumer AI tools, access is logged, and human code review is always required. You get the upgrade without buying, configuring, or policing anything yourself.

Yes. On fractional founding engineer seats the AI-enabled add-on is included free — no +$150/month. On every other seat it is an optional add-on you can turn on or off anytime, and every client company also gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder, a working CTO.

Delivery managers

A delivery manager runs the day-to-day operations of a software team: daily standups, progress reporting, escalation, and performance management. At Girmairi, every team includes a delivery manager who works beside the engineers in the managed Dhaka office and keeps the client informed on a fixed cadence.

A named delivery manager does. They run the team's daily rhythm on site in Girmairi's Dhaka office — standups, blockers, reporting, and reviews — so the client gets the output and a clear picture without running the team themselves.

No. You set the direction and priorities; the delivery manager handles the day-to-day management — standups, notes, summaries, and performance. You never have to chase for status, because updates arrive on a fixed schedule.

No. Delivery management is included with every seat at no extra charge — it is part of the flat monthly rate, billed monthly in advance in USD under one contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company.

On a fixed cadence: daily standup notes, a weekly summary, a monthly report, and a quarterly review. For anything that can't wait, escalation goes to a named delivery manager rather than a shared inbox.

Escalation goes to a named delivery manager — a specific person accountable for your team, not a ticket queue. And if an engineer isn't the right fit, the replacement guarantee applies and Girmairi replaces them.

Girmairi does. Performance reviews are run by Girmairi as part of delivery management, covering every engineer on the team. The engineers are full-time and work from Girmairi's managed office in Dhaka, so reviews happen where the work happens.

Yes. Every client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included. The delivery manager covers execution and communication; the founder hour is there for higher-level technical questions.

Monthly reporting

With Girmairi, you don't have to ask. Every team sends a written monthly report covering delivery, attendance, performance notes, risks and blockers, the next-month plan, and asks from you — on top of daily standups and weekly summaries. It's written in plain words so anyone on your side can read it.

Not with Girmairi — monthly reporting is included with every seat at no extra charge. There's no reporting tier and no add-on fee; every team gets the same written report as part of the seat.

Girmairi's report has six sections in the same order every month: delivery summary, attendance, performance notes, risks and blockers, next-month plan, and asks from you. The fixed format makes it easy to compare one month against the next.

The rhythm is daily standups, weekly summaries, a written monthly report, and a quarterly review. The monthly report writes down what the daily rhythm already surfaced, so nothing in it should ever be a surprise.

Honesty has to be built into the report itself. Girmairi's monthly report says what slipped and names risks and blockers plainly, before you have to ask — a problem stated early is far cheaper than one discovered late.

No. The report is written in plain words, without jargon or filler, so both technical and non-technical people on your side can read it in minutes.

You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and are billed monthly in advance in USD. The engineers work full-time in Girmairi's managed Dhaka office, and a replacement guarantee covers any seat that isn't working out.

Both. Every client company gets one hour a month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included, and a quarterly review call covers what worked and what to change.

07

For founders

The fractional founding engineer and the full-time solo-founder seat — including what a fractional CTO costs.

Fractional founding engineer

A fractional CTO is a senior technology leader who works with a startup part-time — setting technical direction, reviewing architecture, and guiding hiring — without the cost of a full-time executive. At the earliest stage, though, most startups need hands-on shipping more than executive strategy. Girmairi's fractional founding engineer seat covers both: a senior engineer who builds, plus one hour a month with Girmairi's founder, a working CTO of a Saudi-backed company.

Market rates vary widely, and most fractional CTO arrangements are advisory-only — you pay for guidance, not shipped code. Girmairi's alternative, the fractional founding engineer, is a flat monthly rate: a Lead engineer from $2,760/month or a Staff engineer from $3,240/month — 60% of the full-seat rate for exactly 20 hours a week, with a monthly hour with a working CTO included.

A fractional founding engineer is a Lead- or Staff-level engineer who works with a founder for exactly 20 hours a week — building the product, hardening the codebase, and making sound technical calls alongside you. You act as product owner, deciding what to build, while your engineer builds it right. The seat includes an AI-enabled seat for free and converts to a full-time seat anytime, with the same engineer.

Yes — that is exactly what this seat is designed for. Your engineer reviews the code AI helped you write, rebuilds what matters — auth, data, error handling, deploys — and turns the prototype into something real users can rely on. Girmairi's engineers are trained on the company's shipping experience from both the pre-AI era and the AI era, so they know the failure modes of both.

For most early-stage startups: an engineer first. What blocks an early product is usually shipping and sound technical decisions, not executive strategy. The fractional founding engineer covers both sides — a Lead or Staff engineer doing the building, plus one hour a month with Girmairi's founder, a working CTO, reviewing your engineering progress.

It means exactly — not "up to." Twenty hours of focused senior work every week, scheduled around your rhythm and planned with you. It is a commitment, not a cap, priced at 60% of the full-seat rate.

The seat converts to a full-time seat anytime — same engineer, full-seat rate from that month, and everything you have built together carries over. Your fractional engineer becomes hire number one.

You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay one monthly invoice in advance, in USD. NDA and IP assignment are signed before any work begins, and every seat carries a replacement guarantee. Your engineer is a full-time employee in Girmairi's managed Dhaka office.

Solo founders

Hire one versatile full-time full-stack engineer who covers frontend, backend, database, and deployment in a single seat. With Girmairi, you contract with a US company (Girmairi LLC), the engineer works 40 hours a week from Girmairi's managed Dhaka office, and you interview last with a pairing session before deciding. Senior level is recommended, from $3,800 a month.

For an early-stage product, yes — one senior full-stack engineer can ship the UI, the APIs, the database, and the deploys without handoffs between specialists. You act as product owner and decide what to build; the engineer owns how it gets built. A team makes sense later, when the product outgrows one person's 40 hours a week.

A full-time senior full-stack engineer working as your whole engineering department is a practical alternative — you keep your equity and stay product owner. Girmairi's version also includes one hour a month with its founder, a working CTO, for architecture and hiring decisions. From $3,800 a month on one US contract.

Through Girmairi, a full-time senior full-stack engineer starts at $3,800 a month — one flat rate for a full 40-hour seat, billed monthly in advance in USD. Senior level is recommended for solo founders, because you need judgment rather than someone to supervise. The full rate card is at /pricing#full-stack.

You act as product owner: you decide what to build, and the engineer owns how it gets built. The seat also includes one hour a month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — so technical decisions get a second senior opinion. Girmairi handles HR and performance management from its managed Dhaka office.

There is a fractional founding engineer option at exactly 20 hours a week — the same idea at half the hours, with a Lead engineer from $2,760 a month. Details are at /solutions/founders. When you're ready to commit, the full-time 40-hour seat starts at $3,800 a month.

The practical answer is an engineer who uses AI with judgment. Girmairi's engineers are trained on the company's shipping experience from both the pre-AI era and the AI era, so they know the failure modes of hand-built codebases and of AI-assisted ones. AI gets used where it speeds shipping and skipped where it becomes a trap.

There is a replacement guarantee: tell Girmairi and the engineer is replaced. Fit is also checked upfront — you interview last, with a pairing session, so nobody joins without your sign-off. NDA and IP assignment are signed before any work begins.

For companies

Startups, scale-ups, and enterprise — pods, growth, security review, and procurement questions.

Startups

The fastest route is a small dedicated pod rather than hiring one engineer at a time. Girmairi assembles a first pod of 2–4 full-time engineers with mixed roles — full-stack, backend, QA — who work together from its managed office in Dhaka. You sign one contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, instead of recruiting and employing each engineer yourself.

Girmairi's core rates start at $2,600 per month for a mid-level engineer and $3,800 per month for a senior engineer, published on the pricing page. Three or more seats, or a 12-month commitment, takes 5–10% off. Billing is monthly in advance, in USD, on one US contract.

For an early-stage startup the trade-off is mostly speed and overhead. Hiring in-house means running sourcing, screening, and salary negotiations for every role; a dedicated pod skips that while you still interview every candidate last and make the final hiring call. You also avoid becoming the direct employer — the engineers are full-time staff in a managed office, employed locally on your behalf.

A typical first pod is 2–4 seats with mixed roles: a full-stack engineer for the product surface, a backend engineer for APIs and data, and a QA automation engineer for release safety. DevOps is often added as an optional seat for deploys and monitoring. The mix is shaped around your product and can change as your roadmap does.

Yes. Every engineer passes a technical vetting pipeline first, then you interview last and make the final call — nobody joins your pod without your sign-off. If a seat later isn't working out, the replacement guarantee means the engineer is replaced.

Every Girmairi client company gets one hour per month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — included in the service. Day to day, the senior engineer in your pod owns architecture decisions like stack, data model, and deployments. Together that covers early technical direction without hiring a full-time CTO.

The startup does. With Girmairi, the NDA and IP assignment are signed before any work begins, and your contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company — so the code your pod writes belongs to you.

Scale-ups

Add dedicated seats instead of running a full hiring cycle. Girmairi places vetted, full-time engineers from its managed Dhaka office onto your team in weeks, on one contract with a US company. You still interview every candidate last and make the final call, so speed doesn't mean giving up control over who joins.

Staff augmentation typically drops individual contractors into your team and leaves the managing to you. A dedicated team model gives you full-time engineers who work only for you, with a management layer around them — with Girmairi, every seat comes with a delivery manager and monthly reporting included, so quality is watched as the team grows.

The main risk when scaling is that the bar drops as headcount rises. Every seat includes a delivery manager who tracks the day-to-day and a written monthly report on output and risks, so standards are enforced continuously rather than discovered late. If an engineer still isn't meeting the bar, a replacement guarantee covers the swap.

Each seat has one flat monthly rate, published openly on the rate card at /pricing rather than quoted per deal. Companies taking 3+ seats or committing to 12 months get 5–10% off, and billing is monthly in advance in USD. Delivery management and monthly reporting are included in the seat price, not billed separately.

Yes — the engineers work inside your tools and your process: your repos, your chat, your standups, your review culture. There is no separate offshore workflow to bridge, so the seats behave like an extension of your existing team rather than an outside vendor throwing work over a wall.

Every seat carries a replacement guarantee: flag the problem and the engineer is replaced from the pipeline, with the miss treated as the vendor's cost rather than yours. Because billing is monthly, you're never locked into a seat that has stopped making sense.

Yes. Every client company gets one hour a month with Girmairi's founder — a working CTO — on top of the delivery managers who run the day-to-day. That gives your leadership a standing senior technical sounding board without hiring for it.

The contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company, so you get US-vendor paperwork rather than a foreign agreement. NDA and IP assignment are signed before any work begins, and the engineers are full-time employees working from a managed office in Dhaka, not anonymous freelancers.

Enterprise

It can be, when the structure is controlled rather than freelance. Girmairi's engineers are full-time employees working from one badge-only office in Dhaka on company-managed devices — no personal laptops, no client work from home networks — with a US-law contract, NDA, and IP assignment signed before any work begins.

IP is assigned 100% to the client, and the NDA and IP assignment are signed before any work begins. Because the contract is with Girmairi LLC, a US company, under US law, your legal team can actually enforce the paperwork.

Girmairi doesn't claim certifications — it states its controls plainly instead: company-managed devices, a badge-only office, NDA and IP assignment before work begins, and an optional monitored environment with an audit trail your reviewers can request. If your security review requires specific evidence, each control is answered question by question.

Four questions cover most reviews: who you contract with, how IP is handled, how you exit, and who is accountable. Here the answers are a US entity (Girmairi LLC), IP assigned 100% before work begins, monthly billing with no long lock-in, and a named delivery manager with a clear escalation path.

It's a priced add-on of $100–200 per seat per month that adds a monitored work environment and an audit trail reviewers can request — a line item, not a custom quote. Baseline controls like managed devices and the badge-only office apply to every seat.

Girmairi's founder spent a decade inside regulated US systems — health records at Anthem, retail banking at PNC, and payments at BNY. Every client company also gets one hour a month with him, a working CTO, included.

Billing is monthly in advance in USD with no long lock-in, so exiting is a matter of not renewing the next month. If a single seat isn't working out short of a full exit, the replacement guarantee applies and the work continues while the engineer is swapped.

Regions

Saudi Arabia & the Gulf, North America, and Europe — timezones, Saudization, GDPR, and contracts.

Saudi & the Gulf

The simplest route is a dedicated-team partner rather than scattered freelancers: Girmairi provides full-time engineers who work from its managed office in Dhaka but join your team, your standups, and your tools. You sign one contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay a flat monthly rate in USD — no local payroll or sponsorship on your side. Candidates are vetted first; you interview last and make the final call, and the full rate card is published at /pricing.

Not when it is structured as a complement rather than a substitute. In Girmairi's model, Saudi engineers lead while offshore capacity fills the seats you cannot fill this year, and offshore seniors can mentor the local junior engineers who will take those seats later. Done this way, the local bench you are building under Saudization gets stronger, not sidelined.

Dhaka is only two hours ahead of Riyadh, so a team there overlaps with the entire Saudi working day. Collaboration happens in real time — standups land in your morning, with no overnight handoffs and no midnight meetings.

A good partner plans around it rather than making it your problem. Girmairi schedules its teams around your Sunday–Thursday week and bridges the gap with the Monday–Friday convention in the delivery schedule, not in your inbox. Ramadan-aware scheduling is part of the same planning.

Yes — when data handling is scoped explicitly. Girmairi works PDPL-aware: what the offshore team can access, where data lives, and how Saudi data residency is respected are defined in the contract and in architecture decisions, with NDA and IP assignment signed before any work begins. We make no certification claims; the engagement is scoped so your own PDPL obligations stay intact.

You contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and pay one flat monthly invoice in USD, billed in advance — like any US vendor. NDA and IP assignment under US law are signed before work begins, and every seat carries a replacement guarantee: if an engineer is not the right fit, the replacement is on us. The engineers themselves are full-time employees working from Girmairi's managed office in Dhaka.

Girmairi's founder is currently the CTO of a Saudi-backed company, so the engagement comes with real Gulf operating experience — and every client company gets one hour per month with him, included. The site is available in Arabic and Arabic-language communication is offered where needed, while delivery itself is English-first.

We published a deep-dive on why Vision 2030 programs keep outrunning local engineering supply, and how to add offshore capacity ethically: see /blog/vision-2030-missing-engineers-ethical-offshore-teams-saudi-companies. For costs, the full rate card is public at /pricing — Gulf clients pay the same published flat monthly rates as everyone else.

North America

The usual risk in offshore development is contractual: you sign with a foreign entity under foreign law, which is hard to enforce. With Girmairi that risk is not part of the arrangement — Girmairi LLC is a US company, and the contract, NDA, and IP assignment are all under US law. The engineers work full-time from Girmairi's managed office in Dhaka, and paying them is a normal USD vendor invoice.

IP protection depends on who you sign with and under which law. With Girmairi, the NDA and IP assignment are signed with Girmairi LLC, a US company, under US law, before any work begins — so the paperwork is enforceable the same way it would be with any domestic vendor. The work the engineers produce is assigned to you.

Not here. You sign with Girmairi LLC, a US company, and it employs the engineering team in its managed Dhaka office. There is no foreign entity in your paperwork and no international wire transfer — the invoice is a normal US vendor invoice in USD.

Dhaka is roughly 10–11 hours ahead of US Eastern, so there is no full shared workday — and we don't claim one. Your morning is their evening: that overlap is where standups, questions, and handoffs happen live. Work then progresses while you sleep, and PRs are ready for review when you wake up.

Every engineer is a full-time Girmairi employee working from the company's managed office in Dhaka — not a freelancer from a marketplace. If someone isn't a fit, a replacement guarantee applies. You interview every candidate last and make the final call before anyone joins your team.

One flat monthly rate per seat, billed monthly in advance in USD on a normal US vendor invoice — no hourly meters or surprise line items. All rates are published on the rate card at /pricing.

Girmairi's founder spent a decade building inside US regulated systems — Anthem, PNC, and BNY. One hour a month with him, a working CTO, is included for every client company, so the team's direction is reviewed by someone who has shipped software under US compliance expectations firsthand.

Europe

It depends entirely on how the engagement is structured — GDPR compliance is a property of the setup, not a badge a vendor can claim. With Girmairi, data processing is scoped in the contract, a DPA is available on request, and engineers work on company-managed devices in one controlled office. The commitments live in the paperwork, where your legal team can review them.

Dhaka runs 4–5 hours ahead of Central European Time, depending on daylight saving. Your 9:00 in Berlin or Paris is their early afternoon, so standups happen in your morning and there is a live collaboration window every working day. This is real daily overlap, not an overnight hand-off model.

Their working day already covers your morning and early afternoon: European mornings overlap Dhaka afternoons naturally. Reviews, pairing sessions, and calls happen live during that shared window, and the rest of the day runs as focused solo work with questions landing in writing.

Girmairi will — a DPA is available on request, and data processing is scoped in the main contract rather than left to policy pages. An NDA and IP assignment are also signed before any work begins, so confidentiality and ownership are settled up front.

You sign one contract with Girmairi LLC, a US company — NDA, IP assignment, and data terms in paperwork your procurement team already knows. Billing is one monthly invoice in USD, paid in advance, while the engineering itself happens in Girmairi's managed office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

European accounts are on the standard rate card, published at girmairi.com/pricing: a flat monthly rate per seat that includes the office, equipment, HR, and management, billed monthly in advance in USD. If a seat doesn't work out, a replacement guarantee applies.

Full-time engineers working from Girmairi's managed office in Dhaka — not scattered freelancers. Every engineer passes a dedicated English and communication screen before you meet them, because daily overlap only pays off when the conversation is easy.

Yes — every client company gets one hour a month with Girmairi's founder, a working CTO, included in the engagement. It is a standing slot for architecture questions, roadmap sanity checks, or anything you would ask a senior technical advisor.
